DSEK promotes 200 teaching, non-teaching staff, regularises 200 ReTs, confirms 100 employees | KNO

Besides the intense monitoring of teaching learning process in schools, Director of School Education Kashmir Dr. G.N. Itoo has issued many orders regarding the promotion, regularization and confirmation of teaching and non-teaching staff. According to, Director G.N Itoo said that the arrears of the promotees shall only be released once funds are released by the concerned Department.

DSEK issued in-situ promotion orders in favour of almost 200 teaching and non-teaching employees, regularization orders in favour of almost 200 ReTs and confirmation orders in favour of 100 teaching and non-teaching employees. After the issuance of orders DSEK Dr. G.N. Itoo said that when the Department is taking necessary steps to increase the accountability, Department is also taking necessary steps to solve all the problems and matters of the employees efficiently. Quoting the instructions of Minister for Education Syed Muhammad Altaf Bukhari, there is a need to address such issues which are usually left unheard or uncovered so that a feasible environment for teaching learning process is made possible.

DSEK said that including the orders issued today a total of about more than 1000 employees have been granted in-situ promotion since January 2018. He said that the department will continue the employee friendly steps alongside the monitoring mechanism of teaching learning process.
